What to contact us about
- Corrections. The most useful message you can send. Quote the sentence you think is wrong and say why. We check it against the source and correct it if you are right.
- Out-of-date bonus figures. Operators change offers without notice. If a figure on our page no longer matches the operator's own terms, tell us which brand and what it says now.
- Operator problems. If a sportsbook we list has delayed or refused a withdrawal, altered terms after you opted in, or voided a settled winning bet, we want to know. A pattern of that behaviour gets a brand removed from our ranking.
- Questions about Idaho gambling law. We will answer what we can from the statute and say so when a question is genuinely unsettled.
What we cannot help with
We are not a regulator and we have no authority over any operator. We cannot recover your funds, force a payout, reopen a closed account or arbitrate a dispute. Idaho has no gambling regulator with jurisdiction over offshore sportsbooks either, which is covered in more detail on our Idaho betting sites page. What we can do is escalate to the operator and record the complaint against their ranking.
